Cеминар-тренинг «Технологии ИРБИС для новых и начинающих пользователей»
9 апреля 2015 г. сотрудники ЦНБ ЯНЦ СО РАН, по приглашению библиотечного сообщества средних учебных заведений, провели семинар-тренинг «Технологии ИРБИС для новых и начинающих пользователей». Мероприятие состоялось в библиотеке Якутского торгово-экономического колледжа. В работе семинара приняли участие библиотекари различных средних специальных учебных заведений г. Якутска.
Интегрированная библиотечно-информационная система ИРБИС — современное средство для автоматизации библиотек. Библиотечная система ИРБИС подразумевает наличие широких возможностей при адаптации ее к условиям работы конкретной библиотеки.
Выступили с докладами Стручкова Е.Д. «Одноуровневое и многоуровневое библиографическое описание книг» (АРМ Каталогизатор), Никитина А.С. «Аналитическое описание» (АРМ Каталогизатор), Емельянова Н.А. и Павлова Н.В. «АРМ Читатель» и «АРМ Книговыдача». Во всех докладах были приведены конкретные примеры.
По окончании семинара был проведен тренинг по внесению книг и формированию библиографического описания в автоматизированной библиотечной программе ИРБИС, каждый участник получил индивидуально практические рекомендации.
